Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Ball Hunters website. By accessing this site, browsing for information, or purchasing products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment via approved payment methods.

  • Some bundles, accessories, or specialty products may have longer processing times based on availability.

Returns & Refunds

  • Only unopened, unused products are eligible for return within 10 days of shipment.

  • A 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs apply to all accepted returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation of new, unused, unopened condition.

  • Note: Used golf balls are sold in graded condition (e.g., 5A Mint, 4A, etc.) and are not eligible for return based on condition unless the wrong product was shipped.

Product Disclaimer

  • All golf balls are recycled, cleaned, and re-sold. While Ball Hunters makes every effort to accurately grade and describe products, cosmetic wear or minor imperfections may be present.

  • Accessories and bundled items are provided for practice and recreational purposes.

  • Ball Hunters is not responsible for damages, injuries, or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of products.

Intellectual Property

  • All product images, descriptions, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Ball Hunters and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Volunteer Program & Donations

  • Participation in the Ball Hunters Volunteer Program is voluntary. By participating, you assume all responsibility for your safety and agree that Ball Hunters is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during golf ball hunts or related activities.

  • Donations of golf balls, clubs, or equipment are accepted with the understanding that Ball Hunters will determine their distribution to youth programs and organizations.

Limitation of Liability

Ball Hunters is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products or equipment.

  • Injuries or accidents occurring during golf ball hunts, whether organized by Ball Hunters or independently.

  • Any damages resulting from third-party services (shipping carriers, course permissions, etc.).

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
