At Ball Hunters, we believe that communication is the key to building lasting partnerships. We begin by reaching out to golf courses and making arrangements to collect lost balls. Scheduling is done in advance so both the course and our team can plan accordingly.
Once we have permission, we carefully collect balls from out-of-bounds areas, rough, bushes, and ponds. This ensures that we’re retrieving balls without interfering with active play. For water recoveries, we schedule diving dates in collaboration with each course to keep everything safe and organized.
Every ball we collect goes through a detailed hand-cleaning process. We take the time to remove dirt, stains, and debris so that golfers receive balls that perform like new.
